DEVINCI PACIFIC Law Firm was founded in 2012 by a group of professionals and lawyers with many years of practice in different fields of law. With the main goal of reaching out to support domestic and international clients in their business, overcoming their business risks in Vietnam and abroad.

Lawyer Nguyen Duc Hieu, a lecturer at the Law University of HCMC, is one of the founders and executive members. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu has worked for more than 15 years and participated in consulting and counseling for the General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of various businesses and corporations, and Lawyer Quanh Tu Khanh, a top lawyer with experience in investing and M&A. DEVINCI PACIFIC has senior advisors who are lecturers at many prestigious universities. Mr. Ph.D. Do Thanh Trung is one of them. He is a lawyer in HCM and a legal expert in the fields of land and energy.

In charge of support positions for senior lawyers at DEVINCI PACIFIC is a team of enthusiastic, youthful, educational, and energetic legal staff.

In the fields of legal document advice and implementation for over 300 foreign investment projects and over 1,000 local projects, Devinci Pacific has made a notable achievement. The company also supports international companies to expand their operations and investments in Vietnam.
Devinci has consulted for Auchan retail Vietnam, GS Construction, and Arete Mozaic Group.

We have been involved in the legal system for over 20 years, having defended hundreds of clients in criminal, civil, and administrative cases. In addition to getting verdicts that are in the best interests of clients, Devinci Pacific upholds the rule of law and justice.
In addition, we successfully resolve conflicts for our clients outside of court, represent them in intricate legal matters, and make sure their rights are protected while obtaining the best outcomes.
