Công ty Luật TNHH DEVINCI PACIFIC tiền thân là Công ty Luật TNHH Việt Tín Á Châu được thành lập vào năm 2012 bởi một nhóm các chuyên gia và luật sư có nhiều năm hành nghề luật trong các lĩnh vực khác nhau. Với mục tiêu tiếp cận chủ yếu hỗ trợ các khách hàng trong nước và quốc tế thuộc lĩnh vực kinh doanh, khắc phục các vấn đề rủi ro kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam và nước ngoài.

Thành viên sáng lập và điều hành là Luật sư Quách Tú Khanh với kinh nghiệm hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực đầu tư và M&A.

Bên cạnh đó, Công ty Luật TNHH DEVINCI PACIFIC còn có cố vấn cấp cao là giảng viên của nhiều trường Đại học có tiếng tại TP. HCM và cũng là chuyên gia hàng đầu trong các lĩnh vực pháp lý, trong đó có thể kể tới Tiến sĩ, Luật sư Đỗ Thanh Trung là chuyên gia pháp luật lĩnh vực đất đai và năng lượng…
